Important pricing notes

  1. All prices are per active location. The Scale plan already includes 3 locations.
  2. Annual plans use a 10% discount and are billed upfront for the full year.
  3. Payment processing fees (card processing) are not included in the software subscription. They are paid by the shop directly to the payment processor and vary by method, provider, and account configuration.
  4. SMS is sold by usage pack when available on the plan. It is never unlimited.
  5. Some third-party integrations may require a separate contract with the external provider.

FAQ

Common questions

Is there a free trial? +
All plans include a 3-month free trial with full access to the Pro tier. No credit card required. You can choose your actual plan at the end of the trial.
Can I switch plans at any time? +
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account settings at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No lock-in, no penalties on monthly plans.
What happens to my data if I cancel? +
Your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation. We'll send you reminders and help you download everything before it's removed.
When will more supplier and technical data integrations be available? +
Both integrations are actively in development. Pro plan subscribers will get early access as soon as they go live. We'll notify you by email when they're ready.
Does my shop pay any fees on top of the subscription? +
The subscription covers software access only. Payment processing fees are separate and paid directly to your payment processor. Rates vary by payment method, partner, and account setup. SMS is sold as an add-on pack.
How does onboarding from my current workflow work? +
We start with a workflow review, setup checklist and live setup call. Any historical import work is scoped before production use.
Can I add extra locations to a lower plan? +
Yes. You can add extra locations to Start, Growth or Pro plans for $79/location/month. The Scale plan already includes 3 locations. For unlimited locations, the Network (Enterprise) plan is the right fit.
