Is there a free trial?+
Yes - all plans come with a 3-month free trial with full access to the Pro tier. No credit card required. You can upgrade or downgrade at the end of your trial.
How does onboarding work?+
We start with a live workflow review and setup checklist. Any historical import needs are scoped before launch so the production database stays clean.
What processing fees does my shop pay?+
Payment processing fees are paid by your shop directly to the configured processor and are not included in the software subscription. Card rates depend on the shop's Stripe account.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable after 30 days. Your data is available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
Does GarageArc work for multi-location shops?+
Yes. The Scale plan includes 3 locations and a consolidated dashboard. The Enterprise plan (Network) supports unlimited locations with custom governance. Additional locations can be added to any plan as an add-on ($79/location/month).
