Common questions
Who holds the money?
Your shop. Payments go to your own connected Stripe account; the GarageArc subscription is billed separately.
What are the fees?
Processing fees depend on the payment method, your Stripe account and Stripe’s terms. GarageArc shows Stripe’s reference rates before you set up payments.
Can I record payments taken another way?
Yes. Manual payments and receipts are part of every plan, and eligible payments taken in the Stripe app can be linked to the right work order after your review.
Is financing available to every customer?
No. Each provider decides availability, approval and terms. GarageArc does not lend money.
